Today I have a few special endeavors that I just have to share with you. Several friends have recently announced some wonderful news, and I’m posting them here just in case you haven’t seen them yet.

First up, Kerry Bogert of KABS Concepts is launching her first eCourse – SNAPTASTIC: Clicking Your Way To Beautiful Jewelry Photos. She debuted this course recently at ArtBLISS, and it was a HIT. In this beginner/adv.beginner course, you’ll learn all you need to know about the essential settings on your camera, how to set up a photography “booth”, styling attention-grabbing photos, and editing your digital photos. Let’s face it, these are important skills for any jewelry designer to become familiar with, whether selling on Etsy or submitting work to be juried….or simply sharing jewelry on their blogs! We’re all interested in learning how to improve our jewelry photography.
Join Kerry in the classroom from October 17th through November 20th. This course is will be available after the initial 5-week session, and there is also an option for a pdf of the eBook.

More good news: Molly Alexander of Beautifully Broken Me has created a brand new blog dedicated to counting the blessings in our lives. Here is the description you’ll find on Grateful Living:
This is a space for expressing gratitude.
For people.
For circumstances.
For moments.
Dig in, spend time and think about the things you are grateful for in your life, right at this moment.
And enjoy them.
Today.
Celebrate them.
Today.
In case you haven’t heard, Riki Schumacher of Riki Jewelry has created a space online for all of us in the jewelry community. The brand-new e-Workshops blog is dedicated to providing all sorts of information and inspiration. Riki has already posted information on the popular question, “how do I get published in a magazine?” To celebrate the launch of her new site, Riki has a great BIG giveaway going on! Hurry on over – you have until midnight on Saturday to enter for a chance to win FOUR prizes! 🙂

If you have any news to share – new blogs, give aways, eCourses, anthing, please share them here in the comments!
